Conveyancing Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our busy water conveyancing and mapping team at South East Water. As a Conveyancing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing water and drainage search information to our customers and stakeholders.

• Conduct searches and produce plans and water maps on request.
• Provide administrative assistance, raise invoices, and take payments for all Waterlink associated work.
• Assist with Waterlink promotion via media streams and SEW internal platforms.
• Deal with sensitive customer information and SEW systems, following all data protection laws.
• Liaise with other SEW departments to assist with customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

• Previous customer or conveyancing services experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of conveyancing processes would be advantageous.
