About the Role

Apollo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Engineering Project Administrator. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading engineering and advisory consultancy, providing expert services to clients across the hydrogen and carbon capture, offshore renewables, nuclear, and oil and gas sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, codes, standards, and Apollo's quality control and administration procedures;
  • Work safely and maintain a safe working environment;
  • Lead project delivery teams and manage the work of project teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a suitable quality standard;
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports;
  • Support business development activities, including sales presentations, meetings, and proposals;
  • Represent the Apollo brand positively through personal conduct, attitude, and appearance;
  • Perform other duties as reasonably instructed by the line manager.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as chemical, fluid mechanics, or mechanical engineering;
  • Hands-on experience with advanced flow assurance and/or process tools, such as OLGA, HYSYS, and CFD;
  • Experience in carrying out fluid flow and thermal-related problems, including steady-state and transient pipeline activities, separation, multiphase, thermal/radiation, dispersion, and vibration;
  • Ability to derive engineering solutions as part of multi-disciplinary projects;
  • Experience in engineering design and/or analysis in the offshore oil and gas, marine, and/or renewables industries is beneficial;
  • Working knowledge of office software tools, including the MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat;
  • Chartered engineer or working towards chartership.
