Key Responsibilities:
  • Process business efficiently and accurately, delivering a first-class service to clients.
  • Understand and add value to clients' needs, driving constant improvement and innovation.
  • Onboard new clients, providing full administrative support.
  • Maintain and update client data in a secure environment.
  • Prepare client reviews, update cash flow models, and produce supporting reports.
  • Liaise with clients by telephone, letter, and email.

Requirements:
