We are seeking a dedicated Beverage Operations Supervisor to join our esteemed establishment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a luxurious environment.

The successful candidate will possess a warm demeanor and a composed, self-assured character. A genuine enthusiasm for providing remarkable guest experiences is essential, along with proven leadership capabilities and the capacity to manage the daily operational challenges effectively.
A minimum of three years' experience in a comparable position, overseeing a team of 20 or more, is required. Proficiency in staff training and evaluation, comprehensive beverage knowledge, and strong numerical skills are also crucial.
WHAT YOU'LL DO ...
You will oversee all aspects of bar operations, demonstrating extensive product knowledge across our beverage offerings and maintaining effective stock management practices. Your responsibilities will include leading, inspiring, and ensuring that all team members are well-versed in current licensing regulations, while upholding the highest standards of service, courtesy, and cleanliness within the bar area.
It is imperative that the team delivers a welcoming and professional experience to our patrons, ensuring that beverages are crafted and presented according to our establishment's standards, and that food and beverage orders are fulfilled promptly.
Additional duties will encompass strict adherence to liquor control protocols, accurate documentation of usage, transfers, and requisitions in line with our operational standards. You will also manage administrative tasks such as weekly scheduling, forecasting, and maintaining attendance records.
