Installation Engineer Role at J-Tech Systems

We are seeking a skilled Installation Engineer to join our team at J-Tech Systems. As an Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining fire and security systems in commercial and luxury residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission fire and security systems, including containment systems, intruder and CCTV systems, and fire system standards.
  • Perform detailed project planning and execution, ensuring high-quality installations and system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in installation engineering, particularly in commercial and luxury residential settings.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry standards and cutting-edge technology.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong skills in reading schematics and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to punctuality.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
  • Up-to-date Health and Safety training, ECS/CSCS certification.
  • An NVQ Apprenticeship or equivalent industry certification.
  • FIA or equivalent qualifications.
  • The ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
