Role Overview

As a Senior Practitioner within the ASC Neighbourhoods Team, you will be an integral member of a diverse and skilled group of professionals tasked with the swift assessment of residents in Adult Social Care. The team adopts a flexible methodology in care planning, prioritizing the needs and preferences of our residents to achieve optimal outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ASC Neighbourhoods redesign, ensuring that we deliver exceptional services to the residents of Camden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Team Manager and Service Manager to implement a strengths-based approach throughout the service.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to staff, establishing a responsive leadership presence that exemplifies best practices.
  • Uphold the highest professional standards across all areas of responsibility.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess experience in fostering a culture of leadership that empowers individuals, acknowledges achievements, and promotes ongoing professional development. Staying abreast of evolving practices and engaging in lifelong learning is essential.

A relevant qualification such as a BA, BSc, DIPSW, CQSW, or MA in Social Work, along with registration with Social Work England, is required.
