About the Role

MJM Industrial is seeking an experienced Laundry Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing plant, building, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and fix equipment breakdowns using expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
  2. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise equipment and processes.
  3. Participate in preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime and keep laundry running efficiently.
  4. Collaborate with the engineering team and other departments to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements
  1. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment.
  2. Knowledge of automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and pressure systems is a plus.
  3. A flexible and adaptable work style, as the role requires working shifts (including evenings and weekends) as needed.
  4. Prior laundry experience is a plus, but not essential.
