Lead Our Stoke Community Drug and Alcohol Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Stoke Community Drug and Alcohol Service (CDAS). As Head of Service Delivery, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of our sector-leading integrated Drug and Alcohol service, ensuring consistently high standards of service are delivered across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clear direction, accountability, and leadership to deliver services that improve outcomes and radically improve the chances of people getting better.
  • Work closely with clinical colleagues to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Lead and performance manage your service against internal and external key performance indicators and meet or exceed regulator requirements.
  • Build leadership capability across the team and select, motivate, and develop a team of managers to fulfill their potential as leaders of service delivery.
  • Collaborate across your region to contribute to and use the resources of the wider team in helping services deliver.
  • Provide in-person visible leadership within the service, being physically present in service.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role in a health or social care setting, ideally within the drug and alcohol or mental health sector.
  • Exceptional operational skill, with the ability to put strategies in place and ensure successful service delivery.
  • Confidence when dealing with a variety of tasks, including those in need of a swift resolution.
  • Ability to build meaningful working relationships quickly with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish a high-performance culture.
