About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Service and Delivery to lead our Stoke Community Drug and Alcohol service (CDAS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of our sector-leading integrated Drug and Alcohol services, ensuring consistently high standards of service are delivered across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clear direction, accountability, and leadership to deliver services that improve outcomes and radically improve the chances of people getting better.
  • Work closely with clinical colleagues to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Lead and performance manage your service against internal and external key performance indicators and meet or exceed regulator requirements.
  • Build leadership capability across the team and select, motivate, and develop a team of managers to fulfill their potential as leaders of service delivery.
  • Collaborate across your region to contribute to and use the resources of the wider team in helping services deliver.
  • Provide in-person visible leadership within the service, being physically present in service.
