Job Title: Business Development Manager - Aggregates and Waste Removal Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling aggregates and muck away services to groundworkers, concrete plants, builders merchants, and housebuilders.

About the Role:
  • Sell aggregates and muck away services to groundworkers, concrete plants, builders merchants, and housebuilders
  • Generate new business relationships and increase sales revenue
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a turnover target of circa £200k per month and a gross margin of circa £20k
About You:
  • Must have sales experience in the aggregates or waste removal industry, ideally both
  • Strong new business skills and a personable demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate and full UK driving license
