Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, evaluate, and activate new LEV systems in accordance with industry guidelines and standards.
  • Perform routine evaluations and upkeep on current LEV systems to guarantee peak functionality and adherence to regulations.
  • Execute LEV system performance evaluations and diagnostics utilizing suitable instruments.
  • Detect any malfunctions or inefficiencies in LEV systems and carry out necessary repairs and enhancements.
  • Offer technical assistance and expertise regarding LEV systems to team members and clients.
  • Keep precise documentation of evaluations, maintenance, and repairs conducted on LEV systems.
  • Remain informed about pertinent health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of LEV-related tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an LEV Technician or in a comparable position.
  • Thorough understanding of LEV systems and their components, including fans, ducting, filters, and control mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as COSHH guidelines.
  • Capability to interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and specifications.
  • Experience in conducting LEV system evaluations and diagnostics using appropriate tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to operate independently or as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
