Job Title: LEV Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced LEV Engineer to join our team at Recra Consulting. As an LEV Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and commissioning new LEV systems, as well as conducting regular inspections and maintenance on existing systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and Commission LEV Systems: Ensure that new LEV systems are installed and commissioned in accordance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Conduct Regular Inspections and Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain existing LEV systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Perform LEV System Performance Measurements: Use specialized equipment to measure and assess the performance of LEV systems.
  • Identify and Repair Faults: Identify any faults or inefficiencies in LEV systems and undertake necessary repairs and improvements.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients regarding LEV systems.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed on LEV systems.
Requirements:
  • LEV Technician Experience: Proven experience as an LEV Technician or in a similar role.
  • LEV System Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of LEV systems and their components, including fans, ductwork, filters, and control devices.
  • Legislation and Standards: Familiarity with relevant legislation and standards, such as COSHH regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
