Senior Conference Producer - Africa Portfolio/Energy

Media Search Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference Producer to join our team in the Africa Portfolio/Energy sector. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile series of online and in-person events, driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a high-quality portfolio of online and in-person events, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market and industry research to create commercially successful event agendas, leveraging expertise and relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Investigate and generate new and creative topic and format ideas, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior government representatives, associations, and industry leaders.
  • Collaborate with the Group Director/CEO to develop a strategic plan for future event direction, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Manage and maintain the news feed on the Beyond Privilege platform, ensuring timely and relevant content.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with long-term supporters, clients, speakers, and media partners, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to produce promotional materials for event programs, ensuring effective communication and engagement.

  • Proven track record of producing high-quality conferences with significant growth in delegate and sponsorship revenue.
