Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide counsel to clients on all facets of real estate financing, including structuring, negotiation, documentation, and adherence to regulations.

Legal Research and Insight:

  • Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis on intricate real estate financing issues.
  • Draft detailed legal opinions, briefs, and reports to bolster case strategies and client guidance.

Client Engagement:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, offering strategic legal insights and practical solutions.
  • Engage in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with fellow members of the real estate financing team and engage with colleagues from various practice areas.
  • Contribute to the firm’s knowledge-sharing initiatives and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 1-7 years' post-qualified experience (PQE) in real estate financing law.
  • Strong academic credentials in law, with a focus on real estate financing or related fields.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and drafting capabilities.
  • Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for fostering client relationships.
