Role Overview:

The Aggregate Operations Supervisor will oversee a team of skilled operatives engaged in the operation of heavy plant equipment within a quarry and aggregates setting. You will be responsible for the daily management of operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Compensation Package:
  • Salary: £48,000 - £49,000
  • Additional Benefits: Car allowance, laptop, and company perks
Location:

This role is based in the Dorchester and Bovington areas, with responsibilities extending to surrounding regions.

Ideal Candidate Background:

Key Responsibilities:

As the Aggregate Operations Supervisor, your duties will include:

  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety, environmental protection, and quality assurance
Experience Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the quarrying or heavy plant sector
  • A strong background in operations, processing, crushing, and screening

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:

  • NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Safety, Health, and Environmental Management
  • WAMITAB COTC
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • NEBOSH General or Diploma
  • NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Plant Operations
