Job Summary:

Stonepillow is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hub Support Worker to join our team in Chichester. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in providing essential services to homeless and vulnerable individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help clients achieve sustainable independence and well-being
  • Maintain a safe and high-standard environment at the Chichester Hub, ensuring a comfortable and supportive space for clients
  • Assist clients with financial management and budgeting, providing guidance and resources to promote financial stability
  • Participate in client review meetings and collaborate with partner organizations to ensure comprehensive support services

  • Excellent communication and liaison skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • An empathetic approach to working with individuals with complex needs, demonstrating a commitment to understanding and addressing their unique challenges
