About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at the Chichester Hub. As a key member of our day hub service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who are homeless or vulnerable, helping them to access essential services and work towards achieving sustainable independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake support planning with clients to assess their strengths and areas for support
  • Ensure the Chichester Hub environment is safe, secure, and of a high standard
  • Support clients in managing their finances and budgeting
  • Participate in client review meetings
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with partner organisations and external agencies
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills
  • An enthusiastic and supportive approach to working with service users with complex needs
  • Good administrative, recording, and reporting skills
