Position Overview

At Regents Park Healthcare, we are dedicated to providing exceptional cardiac care through our Peninsula Heart Clinic. Our clinic operates in collaboration with esteemed healthcare institutions, focusing on innovative service delivery and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will primarily work within our Day Care Unit, which operates from Monday to Saturday, ensuring a supportive environment for patients recovering from cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of individuals under your supervision.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of patient care needs and developing tailored care plans.
  • Implementing and evaluating care strategies to meet the specific requirements of each patient.
  • Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical records in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Participating in audits and quality improvement initiatives as directed.
  • Upholding the principles of confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Possession of a nationally recognized qualification in Adult Nursing.

Experience

Essential:

  • A minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in general nursing.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Desirable:

  • Experience in cardiology nursing is advantageous.
