Thorn Baker Construction, a leading construction company, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the pre-construction to handover processes for various projects across the region. This role offers excellent opportunities for career growth due to a strong pipeline of stable work.

This position involves managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing regular project updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in IT systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-construction to completion
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Project Management qualification
  • CSCS card
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management within the construction industry
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PRINCE2 or PMP certification
  • Experience in fenestration projects
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role with occasional site visits
