Position Overview
Our client, Penshaw View Recruitment, is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Hospitality End Point Assessor.

Role Responsibilities
Your expertise is essential in evaluating Hospitality Team Member (housekeeping) apprentices at the conclusion of their training. This role is crucial in ensuring that their knowledge aligns with the standards required for assessment.

Key Duties Include:
1. Conducting end-point assessments according to the established assessment plan and company protocols.
2. Formulating and documenting competency judgments based on assessment criteria using agreed-upon exemplification.
3. Scoring and grading apprentices while providing immediate written feedback post-assessment.

Additional Responsibilities for IQA:
1. Performing sampling and observation activities in accordance with company policies.

Essential Qualifications
- Relevant experience in the Hospitality industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Willingness to obtain a Level 3 Award in Undertaking End Point Assessment upon hiring.
- Valid driving license and personal transportation, with readiness to travel to designated regions.
- Proficiency in technology, including mobile devices, Microsoft Office, and web conferencing tools (training will be provided).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.

Desirable Qualifications
- Possession of an IQA qualification.
- Experience in assessment and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with end-point assessment processes.
