Job Opportunity: Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™ as a 6-month contract opportunity, outside IR35. The successful candidate will be based in our London office, working two days a week.

About the Job:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for helping customers who struggle to get fair car insurance, and then helping the company to retain those customers. This will involve using customer data to better understand when and how to best communicate with customers, diving into the customer experience to understand customer lifetime value, and analyzing marketing data to better understand customer demographics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the analysis of customer data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer retention and acquisition

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience working with customer data and analytics tools

What We Offer:

A competitive day rate of between £550 - £650 per day, outside IR35, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company.
