Position Overview:

Bond Recruitment is seeking a committed Real Estate Operations Manager to enhance our thriving team. The successful candidate will oversee a variety of property oversight functions and must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities. This role encompasses managing maintenance inquiries, engaging with tenants, and ensuring compliance with all property licensing regulations.

Core Duties:

  • Tracking rental income and addressing overdue payments
  • Coordinating repair requests
  • Overseeing safety compliance certifications
  • Managing lease renewals and tenant departures
  • Processing property license submissions
  • Issuing legal documentation as required
  • Representing the company in court proceedings when necessary
  • Collaborating with clients and service providers
  • Promoting additional services provided by the organization
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining precise records

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Possession of a valid UK Driver's License
  • Prior experience in property management is advantageous
  • Strong time management abilities

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time role, operating Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend commitments.

Compensation and Perks:

Salary range: £30,000 - £35,000 annually
