Product Development Manager

**Job Summary**

The People Co. is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the development of new products and product lines. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and achieving projected targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement product development strategies to meet customer needs and business objectives
* Lead cross-functional teams to design, test, and launch new products
* Collaborate with external partners to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
