We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Team Leader to join our Evesham store team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient running of the store, while delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing your knowledge to help customers find the best products for their needs.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Process POS transactions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at the tills.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
  • Delegate tasks and demonstrate leadership skills to team members, while maintaining a high level of store standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with commercial aspects of the retail business, analyzing data and making informed decisions.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing, maintaining company standards through product presentation, replenishment, and store housekeeping.
  • Safeguard the business by ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, loss prevention, and health & safety.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience for all customers.
  • Experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work productively, quickly learning new tasks and committing information to memory.
  • Team player, with a willingness to contribute to the success of the store team.
