Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive site surveys for construction projects, preparing and presenting detailed survey reports, and working closely with the construction team to ensure project success.

  • Conduct site surveys to gather data and information on construction projects
  • Prepare and present detailed survey reports to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute valuable insights to project discussions
  • Assist in the drafting of construction plans and specifications
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project progress
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site
  • Manage project documentation and records
The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor who possesses:

  • A qualification in Surveying or a related field (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of social housing and its challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Solid IT skills
