Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Administrator to join our team at Prime Appointments. As a Property Maintenance Administrator, you will be responsible for receiving and actioning maintenance issues, instructing approved contractors, and acting as a liaison between clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and action maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Instruct approved contractors to carry out maintenance work
- Act as a liaison between clients and contractors to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues
- Log new insurance applications and administer existing policies
- Respond to telephone and mail enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Build and maintain a database of contractors and suppliers
Requirements:
- Strong administration skills with attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills
- Experience within the Property and Housing industry is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
