Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial/Residential Properties Supervisor to join our team at Wyldecrest Parks. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of commercial and residential properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration: Undertake commercial contract administration, ensuring all contracts are signed by tenants or leaseholders with due diligence checks performed.
  • Rental Agreement Management: Draw up and issue new/revised commercial and domestic rental agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Legal Liaison: Liaise with solicitors for the preparation of new leases and amendments of existing agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with the maintenance team to rectify any issues for rental properties, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Tenant Acquisition: Liaise with agents to find new tenants (residential and commercial) and ensure all appropriate legal documents are in place under the terms of rental legislation.
  • Financial Management: Manage rent sheets and accounts, ensuring timely collection of rents due and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Project Management: Oversee various projects relating to new developments/refurbishments, liaising with project managers/contractors to ensure timely completion and availability for rental.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the company.
  • Health and Safety: Attend Health and Safety meetings for Head Office, ensuring the safety of all staff and visitors at all times.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other ad hoc duties regarding rental properties as and when they arise, including liaison with sales accounts team when rent reviews are due and discussions with the CEO to confirm new rents.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in property management, contract administration, and lease management.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in property management, law, or a related field.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, office-based position, working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday). The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
