Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 months of experience in Pensions Operations, specifically within Defined Contribution (DC), Defined Benefit (DB), or Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs). Alternatively, candidates with over 2 years of administrative experience in other financial service domains are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Pensions Operations Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Executing technical administration tasks related to client pensions, particularly for High Net Worth individuals.
- Engaging with clients and third-party entities, including Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and pension providers, ensuring exceptional customer service is maintained.
Work Environment:
This position is office-based, with a structured workweek of 5 days. Our client promotes a flexible working culture, allowing for the accumulation of days off in lieu.
