Building Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Carbon 60. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that they are safe and habitable for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site visits to assess the condition of our properties and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance work.
- Develop and implement repair and maintenance plans to ensure that our properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Manage and supervise a team of repair and maintenance staff to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
- Monitor and report on the condition of our properties, identifying any trends or areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in building surveying or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
