About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our Cloud Operating Models and DevOps Transformation practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our cloud advisory services, helping our clients to transform their business and unlock the value of cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow the cloud operating model and DevOps advisory capability to be the best in class.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with expertise in cloud operating models and DevOps.
  • Lead and deliver client engagements on cloud advisory services, including designing and establishing cloud CoEs, cloud operations, and DevOps practices.
  • Develop and deliver strategic business proposals and pitches that articulate the value proposition of future operating models for cloud and infrastructure.
  • Position yourself and the organisation as thought leaders in the cloud operating models and DevOps space through knowledge sharing and industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and business development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at existing and potential client organisations.
Requirements
  • Experience of designing IT and cloud operating models, managing operating model transformations, and implementing platform-based operating models.
  • Expertise in ITIL 4, Product/Platform centric operating model, and DevOps is essential.
  • Experience in IT process design and Lean is desirable.
  • The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing tailored client engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Currently working in a major consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a consulting background is desirable.
  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
