- Generate insightful reports under the guidance of clinical and service leadership.
- Act as the primary administrator for the ESS, engaging with a diverse range of agencies.
About the Enhanced Support Service
The Enhanced Support Service is a specialized model featuring a compact, multi-disciplinary team that works intensively with both prisoners and staff. This approach utilizes a personalized, psychologically informed methodology to manage a small caseload of the most complex cases. The service's goal is to mitigate the adverse effects of violent, suicidal, and disruptive behaviors while fostering a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by this population.
