About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Digital to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our commercial digital strategy and ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial digital strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of digital commercial professionals to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital commercial initiatives with our overall business strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial digital, and apply this knowledge to inform our strategy and decision-making.

  • Proven experience in commercial digital leadership, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven projects and initiatives.
