Internal Recruitment Team Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Recruitment Team Admin Support to join our dynamic and fast-paced recruitment agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding our resourcing team, ensuring they achieve their targets and deliver high-quality CVs to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to maximize advert responses and source high-quality candidates.
- Provide direction, support, and coaching to the resourcing team to ensure they meet their targets and deliver excellent client service.
- Screen and assess candidate suitability, ensuring that only the best candidates are presented to our clients.
- Responsible for generating a pipeline of candidates across the team, ensuring timely delivery of CVs to clients.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring individual targets are exceeded and the consultant team is supported.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes and client satisfaction.
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience, liaising with social media and marketing teams to develop candidate attraction strategies.
- Budget responsibility for job boards spend and maximizing return on investment on advertising spend.
- Pace is a must, with a desire to achieve targets and drive business success.
- Strong administration and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage volume.
- Confident and able to influence, with a creative and solutions-focused approach.
- Articulate, curious, and ideas-oriented, with a passion for making a difference and working with a team who are ambitious and growing.
- Results-driven, with a passion for achieving team success and delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong communication skills, able to challenge and manage consultant diaries.
