We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security professional to support the Head of Cyber & Data Security in executing our cybersecurity strategies and ensuring the protection of our information assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC) for continuous monitoring and incident detection.
- Manage security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and encryption.
- Implement and mature Cyber Security controls to meet evolving threats.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts.
- Promote a culture of security awareness across the organisation.
- Lead Cyber Security testing and manage supplier relationships for security systems.
- Participate in risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
Critical Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.).
- Experience with cloud technologies and security solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
