Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our public sector partnerships team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local authorities and driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with local authorities and other public sector organizations.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of property specialists to achieve business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our public sector partnerships.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a commercially focused role partnering with or within a local authority or housing association.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of internal processes in public sector organizations, knowledge of contract tendering and awarding procedures, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
