About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Cardiff and Vale Hospitals. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients, working closely with nurses, AHPS, and consultants to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective clinical care to patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
  • Support the weekend Orthopaedic rota and contribute to the development of clinical services.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of care.
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Proven experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a strong focus on manual therapy skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
