Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a Senior Physiotherapist/Clinical Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, leading a team of physiotherapists and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of physiotherapists in the delivery of rehabilitation services to patients in the community
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective multidisciplinary team working
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical supervision and support to junior staff members
- Recognised qualification in physiotherapy
- HCPC registration
- Significant post-registration experience in a physiotherapy position at senior level
- Experience of leading a team and contributing to service development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
