Staff Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious senior nurse to join our team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses in delivering patient care and promoting a positive work environment
- Monitor and maintain high standards within the clinical setting
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice to support care delivery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Registered Nurse with proven experience at Band 6 in the acute setting
- Leadership qualification and experience of relevant specialities
- Ability to be adaptive and respond well in times of stress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
