About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at each care home
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the quality of care is consistently high
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You should have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards.
