About the Role

This is a part-time, 25-hour per week hybrid role, predominantly home-based with some onsite working required. As a key member of our Contracting Team, you will be responsible for managing and processing IT software and equipment requests, streamlining processes, and standardizing equipment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and process orders for IT equipment or software, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contract KPIs.
  • Manage a portfolio of contracts, including quotation requests and negotiations with suppliers.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders and influence end users to standardize and rationalize products and services.
  • Manage shared order requests through Trust IT systems, raising Purchase Orders and maintaining the contracts database.

Requirements
  • Good general standard of education, including Maths and English Language.
  • Experience of working with customers in a large organization and negotiating with suppliers.

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, organized, and able to work with conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
