We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Therapeutic Team in Croydon. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to children and young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of schools to provide consultation and support to operational colleagues.
- Provide therapeutic advice and guidance to teams to enable them to support young people throughout their journey with Horizon.
- Develop, write, and regularly review therapeutic goals for children and young people in education.
- Contribute to the delivery of therapeutic and psychological training to all staff in the organisation as part of the Therapeutic Academy.
- BSc registered Speech and Language Therapist.
- Experience of working with Children and Young People or relevant demonstrable transferable skills.
- Experience of teaching, training, and/or supervision.
- Well-developed skills in the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Ability to work autonomously with the support from individual and peer supervision.
- A sound understanding of Microsoft Office components, including knowledge of Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle.
