Commodity Trading Business Analyst Opportunity

Cititec Talent is working with a leading commodity trading firm to find a skilled Business Analyst to join their Change teams.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with front-to-back office teams to deliver various change-focused projects. These projects will involve analyzing and remediating segregation of duty violations, conducting change impact assessments, designing organizational structures, and managing access permissions.

This role requires a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, ideally in commodities, as well as experience with access management projects. You will also need to have a solid grasp of impact analysis and impact assessments, including FTE analysis, and experience in organizational design activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver business change projects that drive process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Analyze and remediate segregation of duty violations to ensure compliance
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Design and implement organizational structures to support business objectives
  • Manage access permissions to ensure secure and controlled access to systems and data
  • Collaborate with front-to-back office teams to deliver projects that meet business needs

Requirements:

  • Recent experience working on complex business change projects
  • Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, ideally in commodities
  • Experience with access management projects
  • Experience with segregation of duty conflicts across front-to-back office roles
  • Strong experience with impact analysis and impact assessments, including FTE analysis
  • Experience in organizational design activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
