About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing installation, planned maintenance, and servicing to a wide range of mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, maintenance, and servicing of mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, boosters, AHUs, and fan coil units.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults in mechanical systems, including hot and cold-water systems, expansion vessels, calorifiers, and pressurization units.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaks, replacing radiator valves, and changing taps and valves.
  • Working with a variety of commercial clients, including retail, hotel, and leisure spaces.
Requirements
  • Recognised qualifications in plumbing and heating or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
