Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our client's dynamic team in a large, fully compliant nursing home in Selby.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Play a crucial role in the clinical nursing team, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, monitoring and assessing residents' health status and progress.
  • Provide support and guidance to care assistants and other team members, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
  • Proven experience in a Nursing Home/Care Home or similar healthcare setting
  • Excellent clinical and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Clear DBS Check
