Registered Nurse Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our client's dynamic team within private healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care to residents at our modern Nursing Home in Selby.

RGN/RMN Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing procedures
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans
  • Monitoring and assessing residents' health status and progress
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Providing support and guidance to care assistants and other team members
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and private healthcare professionals
RGN/RMN Requirements
  • Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
  • Proven experience in a Nursing Home/Care Home or similar healthcare setting
  • Excellent clinical and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Clear DBS Check
