Machine Learning Engineer

The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our Product team in building a platform to optimize business operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms and models to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop feature engineering, machine learning, and causal algorithms for time series and tabular data using Python, Cython, Numpy, Torch, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into our platform and ensure seamless deployment.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient code to meet the needs of our business.
- Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and Causal AI and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our platform.
- 2+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, preferably with a focus on Causal AI.
- Strong academic record, preferably with a Master's, MEng, Ph.D., or PostDoc degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced quantitative skills in machine learning, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Development experience in at least one scripting language, preferably Python.
- Ability to translate advanced machine learning algorithms into code.
- Knowledge of computer architecture, preferably with experience in C, C++, or Cython.
- Experience with software development life cycle, including version control, tooling, testing, etc.
- Highly capable, self-motivated, collaborative, and personable.
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and drive.
- Naturally curious, creative, and effective problem solver with the ability to come up with ideas to tackle complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of business acumen.
