Salary: £35,000.00 - £45,000.00 per year (D.O.E.)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Film Director to join our in-house team at RD Content. As a Film Director, you will play a pivotal role in devising, pitching, and producing campaigns from end-to-end, working closely with our creative department to deliver award-winning ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and pitch creative concepts and strategies to clients
  • Lead a team of producers, camera operators, and editors to craft visually stunning and emotionally impactful campaigns
  • Collaborate with the creative department to devise and produce campaigns from end-to-end
  • Respond to briefs with innovative and effective ideas

Requirements:

  • 3 years industry experience (in-house or freelance)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong commercial portfolio
