Senior Group Risk/Employee Benefits Administrator

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Group Risk/Employee Benefits administrator to join a well-regarded practice with a national presence in their prestigious Glasgow office. About the Role

As a key member of the Employee Benefits team, you will provide support to the consultants, being the first point of contact for their valued client base. With your excellent technical background and relationship management skills, you will work in partnership with your seniors to improve efficiency and service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Employee Benefits consultants
  • Manage client relationships and communications
  • Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations
  • Contribute to the improvement of efficiency and service delivery to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous corporate experience within an IFA office, Pensions Consultancy, or In-house environment, dealing with Employee Benefits/Group Risk products. You will also have a highly organised approach, IT skills, and software knowledge with a keen eye for detail.
