We're seeking a highly experienced Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team at G2 Legal. As a Company Secretary Manager, you will play a crucial role in advising on statutory compliance requirements and managing junior members of the team.

This is a hybrid-working role, with a balance of office and remote work. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, providing expert guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver governance advisory and managed service client engagements.

Requirements:
