- Team Collaboration: Participate actively in HSEQ training, education, and communication, and be accountable for halting work if it is unsafe or not compliant with company standards.
- Client and Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a company representative and promoting the company's offerings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a technical support engineer or in a similar IT role.
- Certifications: IT-related certifications are advantageous.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS, proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and SharePoint, ability to administer Teams and SharePoint online, and familiarity with the Azure technology stack.
